So after months of anticipation and several promising track leaks, Webbie’s Savage Stories tape dropped yesterday and revealed itself as no more than just a Greatest Hits collection. And a sloppy one at that, featuring dozens of mostly minute-long excerpts from previously released material. The Baton Rouge emcee responded to the inevitable backlash on Twitter:
Until that new shit drops (don't hold your breath) we've got this new video, in which Webbie kicks a Juvenile-sloppy flow in the name of his incarcerated partner. On the tape it's called "Can't Wait To See My Nigga Home," but the YouTube title, "No Place Like Home," was sounding a little more artful.
