The preamble to the "Hands in the Air" video, a track from Red Cafe's Above the Clouds mixtape, is the very San Francisco bumper sticker logic of "God made pot, man made beer. Who do you trust?" And then it kicks into the Nate Dogg sample of Smoke weed every day. He also gets in a decent Finally the herb come around interpolation (not to mention Think I'm Big Meech, Larry Hoover... on the tape's "Big in the Hood"). The video does not stay strict to marijuana, though, with a pretty serious Four Loko toast. But "Slumdog Billionaire," just on title alone, may be the best track on Above the Clouds, a solid set of songs from Brooklyn's steady workhorse of a rapper.
