J.W. Anderson’s Charitable Tees

January 10, 2011

J.W. Anderson experimented aplenty with tie dye for his spring collection, making a band of merry pranksters and flower children the likes of which haven't been seen since Woodstock '94. Here, though, the London designer uses his dipped hues not for fantastic insanity, but for a good cause: all proceeds from these t-shirts, a collabo with HERO Magazine, will benefit a charity of Anderson's choice. The simple tees feature the photography of Scott Trindle and can be purchased over at HERO's site. Fashion's recent love of all things flower child is more Madison Avenue than Abbie Hoffman, so it's welcome to see Anderson put his money where his rainbow-hued mouth is.
