Can Doug Aitken do no wrong? This video is amazing and we feel smarter for watching it, which is great because we've been feeling a little dumb all day. Adding to an already amazing body of work, Aitken documented the rehearsals for this year's MoCA benefit in three parts with Focus Creeps. He also curated the event featuring Beck, Devendra Banhart, and Brazilian singer Caetano Veloso—people we'd never expect to see in the same room on the same night, but it totally makes sense, and suffice to say that's what good curating is all about. So watch the first part above and feel smarter. Also remember how good the song "Golden Age" by Beck is (so good!) and how nice it is to hear it accompanied by a full string section.
