Hopefully it's obvious from the cover of FADER issue 71 that we think Lykke Li is about to run rampant all up on your eardrums in 2011 with her new album Wounded Rhymes. No matter how the cosmos decides to shift your emotions, her songs got you covered, whether you're wallowing in misery or throwing elbows at 3AM. The first single, "Get Some," is the latter, a primal rumble of womanly assertion that recently turned her New York show into a writhing freak out. It says a lot about Lykke's new aggression that seemingly indefatigable rap legend Mike D felt the need to put it into narcotic dub zone instead of trying to match the intensity. Listen below and get it with the "Get Some" deluxe edition single on iTunes next Tuesday, bundled with another remix from the one and only Beck. Maybe she'll perform it live at one of her spring North American shows, the dates for which you can see after the cut.
