Okay first of all: This video was directed by a kid named Ramon Patino—A KID!—he is 16!17! It's also the most restrained Young L video yet. Mainly just dude against bright lights, bobbing his head and rasping away like he normally does. But it's his production work that keeps us coming back, passing his Youtubes around live covert high school notes. "Pound" is no different. It sounds like he recorded it on a basketball court and used the absolute minimal amount of sounds necessary to make something incredibly awesome. If we made music we would want it to sound like this, but it would be way worse.
