Nike Sportswear celebrates the urban runner with the photo collection exhibition 'Burning Bridges'. New York based photographer Tim Barber documents a day in the life of the NYC BridgeRunners, a small band of runners who frequent the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg bridges. “I was shooting real runners in their natural environments so I wanted the images to reflect and translate that realness,” says Barber. The photos are goosebump-inducing in the way that they capture the chilly intensity and seeming solitude of an AM run. Burning Bridges is open to the public and will be on display at the Nike Stadium NYC through the end of December. Continue after the jump for behind the scenes footage of the early morning shoots.
