One of our earliest pivotal style moments was the first day we wore a Jedi cape and light saber we got at our favorite little comic and card store called Starbase One. Say what you will, but it was a look, even if it wasn't entirely popular with our school chums. So it's with a warm, nostalgic heart that we adore UNDERCOVER's latest lookbook. Entitled UNDERMAN, it's a full photographic narrative based on a sci-fi story invented by designer Jun Takahashi. The story's a bit hard to follow—something about the hero rescuing lost souls from evil forces—but the sentiment's all that matters. Getting older has made us skeptical of hero rescue and the power of good to overcome evil, but UNDERCOVER's lookbook has succeeded in saving at least one soul this morning: ours.
