Man, Real Estate are the best. Everyone loves this band because they are so easy to love. Guitar rock is a palatable project, certainly. Add dynamism and awkward sunshine and you're gonna win most likely to succeed. For these two live sessions for Daytrotter, Real Estate play two unreleased songs that have become live stapes recently, including an untitled track, which NYC Taper recorded and billed as "All Out of Tune." We listened to that today while eating lunch. Maybe people like Real Estate because Real Estate is music for real life.
