Ferocious lion is a pretty accurate album cover for the new single from Tip's upcoming record—"Ya Hear Me" is his most laidback way of expressing that he's a king, the kind of dude who's so relaxed in the cut you know if you fuck with him he'll rip your head off. Basically, boss moves, and he says as much: I ain't lookin for no trouble/ I ain't duckin none either/ Say a nigga jumpin ship/ I say so fuck 'em, I don't need em. Crazy flow, too—his time in the clink was clearly spent working on bars (um, and abs, according to this song).
