Dudes. DUDES. It could not have been more awesome. When we put four of our current favorite artists (with four of our current favorite records) on the cover of FADER #68, The Summer Music Issue, we sort of assumed all of them would be too busy making ridiculously good music to be able to play our party, but we asked anyway, and it was totally worth it. Budweisers in hand, we congregated at Good Units to dubstep it up with FaltyDL before Wavves, now performing as a full band, hit the stage to run through a solid collection of some of his new songs and a few old favorites ("Friends Were Gone" is still an insane jam). Then, with just about 15 minutes to spare, The-Dream hopped on stage, more or less singing karaoke to his own music and pulling it off in a way we've never seen anyone pull that off before. The guy had so much charisma that we found ourselves attempting to take a Dream cutout the size of a full-grown human being home with us. We could not have asked for a better night. After the jump take a look at some of the snaps from the party.
