15 years ago, when the distance between the US's East and West Coasts was an insurmountable cultural divide in rap, the idea that Snoop would get on a UK rap song was unfathomable. But so were MP3 blogs and The Hills, which Tinie Tempah skewers on his UK mega-hit, "Pass Out." Snoop sounds old pro casual on the song, which owes as much to his sometime collaborators the Neptunes as it does to grime. At least until it turns into a jungle track, but he's long gone by then.
