Japanese photographer Teruyoshi Hayashida shot a series of photos along the East Coast's Ivy league strip back in 1965, and the results were immortalized in a book called Take Ivy. The cult prepster style tome had been known to sell for up to $1,000 on eBay, and with the current resurgence in Americana spiffiness, Hayashida's iconic photos of collegiate life have been making the rounds on the internet all over again. Cleverly riding the wave of popular demand, powerHouse scooped the rights to an English translation of Take Ivy, which means all that virtual sartorial porn (Madras! Varsity jackets! Top-siders!) will finally be available in the palms of our hands come the fall.
