One song we wish we could have had on this podcast of artists from FADER 65 is a cover of Bel Biv Devoe's "Poison" by the teenage version of Animal Collective, an actual occurrence that the band gleefully recounts in the issue (which you can download for free). But aside from that, we've got jams from all over the pages, notably started by featured illustrator Abby Portner aka Drawlings remixing a track called "Weed Jam." Not sure there are two words more close to the spirit of much of this issue. From there, we've got tracks both Animal Collective-related—like their amazing "What Would I Want? Sky," and friend songs from Grouper, Black Dice, Pantha Du Prince and more—and then a little from the non-AC bro scope of the issue, with Aidonia, Washed Out, Pill, MNDR and Cold Cave. It's a sweet stew and when you mix it, it smells like FADER.
