Most of Dyme Def's output has been about high energy fast raps, but "Dreamin," an unreleased track from one of the many EPs the group plans on releasing, throws them into introspective mode. Thankfully, when we say "introspective" we're not talking about the fair trade coffee navel-gazing that so many Seattle rappers get caught up in but a choir-backed whiney synth jam about the desperation and hope that comes with the pursuit of a music career.
