On each episode of FADER TV's LA Is A Nice Place To Live, the West Coast staff takes in some of the city's culture and fun good times. This week, we endured some heavy college football-related traffic to see the recently opened GOOD space on Melrose and to check out some of the programs that are part of their GOOD December program. While we missed the highly anticipated tamale-making workshop, we were able to learn how to make almond butter from one of the members of blackblack before catching one of Lucky Dragons' participatory performances. Then, with the INTO INFINITY audio-visual exhibition, dublab and Creative Commons gave our mind something to get lost in . With all the positive vibes and craftwork in this episode, you could probably call it, "The LA Staff Gets Soft," and we're cool with that...but only for today.
