The last time we saw Growing we were sitting directly across from them near the Gowanus Canal, drinking beers in the sun as they sat in folding chairs and played 30 or so minutes of epic choppy guitar jams. Last night at Death by Audio, it was significantly colder and totally packed but Growing turned up real loud and essentially played layered circus music that somehow sounded beautiful, before letting it all dissolve into soothing noise.
