On Wednesday night director Spike Jonze shot a short film live on TV as part of Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show. The clip, which you can see above, features Atlanta and Get Out actor Lakeith Stanfield alongside Mia Wasikowska. The film is an adaptation of Jonze's new theatrical dance piece Changers: A Dance Story and features an excerpt of DJ Shadow and Run The Jewels's "Nobody Speak." Sia choreographer Ryan Heffington brought the movement to life.
Spike Jonze's last movie as director was the Oscar-nominated Her in 2013. This summer he was seen filming Frank Ocean at various stops on his run of festival dates.
The full-length version of Changers: A Dance Story was created in collaboration with fashion label Opening Ceremony as part of New York Fashion Week. Check out the clip above.
