There's nothing like a colorful, breezy pop song to help you shake your limbs loose and get over whatever's on your mind. "Long Time," the new single from independent south London singer CARTAE is exactly that: a catchy synth bop with an eye-popping video (directed by Taz Tron Delix) and built-in dance routine. (It also happens to share a producer with Skepta's "Shutdown," in Ragz Originale.) "The video is basically what goes on inside my mind," CARTAE told The FADER in an email. "I see everything in an abstract way. So this is my way of dealing with heartache and trying to move on whilst juggling the insecurities that come with chasing love."
