This past weekend was huge for rap music. On Friday, March 15, Playboi Carti finally dropped his long-awaited album MUSIC and Rolling Loud California took over Los Angeles, during which Carti performed songs from the album live for the first time as the Sunday night headliner.
The FADER's Rap Column correspondant Vivian Medithi was our boots on the ground to catch (almost) everything that went down, as well as speak with some of our favorites rappers from the lineup. We caught up with everyone from Lazer Dim 700 to Cash Cobain and asked them about tips for going to the strip club to their YouTube history. Check out a full recap of our coverage below.
