Keith Urban “so sorry” for accidentally hard-launching Bo x Phoebe
The country music star posted a TikTok that captured a tender moment between Bo Burnham and Phoebe Bridgers at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.
Keith Urban has appeared on Entertainment Tonight to apologize for accidentally hard-launching the relationship between Phoebe Bridgers and comedian-turned-embodiment of generational ennui Bo Burnham.
This all dates back to a few weeks ago when Urban and his wife Nicole "We come to this place for magic" Kidman attended one of the Philly dates of Taylor Swift's "Eras" tour. Bridgers was the opening act for those shows, and when Urban filmed a TikTok of him and his wife dancing to "Style," he accidentally captured Burnham pulling the singer-songwriter in for a kiss.

While it isn't obvious in the original video, some perceptive fans managed to identify Bridgers and Burnham. There were already rumors the two were an item, and Bridgers was covering "That Funny Feeling" live all the way back in 2021. For his part, Urban was apologetic in his interview, which took place at the CMA Fest in Nashville: “Oh, I found out. Phoebe, I’m so sorry.”
After the original TikTok, Bridgers posted Urban's song "Who Wouldn't Wanna Be Me" to her story. When asked if she'd reached out, he said “Well, I guess, in her own passive way, yeah. Don’t be on camera, Phoebe! What were you thinking? It felt very awkward. I felt bad. We were just digging on the concert. You never know what’s gonna happen.”
