Phoebe Bridgers brings out Matty Healy for Taylor Swift’s “Eras” Tour
The 1975 frontman is rumored to be Swift’s boyfriend.
On Saturday (May 6) at Nashville's Nissan Stadium, Phoebe Bridgers had a surprise guest during her opening set of Taylor Swift's "Eras" Tour. The 1975's Matty Healy popped up beside the boygenius member to play guitar for one of her songs.
A Twitter user caught it on video, saying, "MATTY PLAYING GUITAR FOR PHOEBE IN A SKELETON SUIT GUYS." Watch it below.
Over the last few days, people have been speculating whether or not Swift and Healy were dating. Some fans believe that the two pop stars have been sending each other secret messages at concerts.
Healy has proven to be a controversial figure, being accused of racism and sexism throughout his career. Last month, the singer apologized to Ice Spice for making racially disparaging remarks on The Adam Friedland Show podcast. The episode has since been deleted from Apple Music and Spotify. There is currently a petition to "Remove Matty Healy From The Premises Of The Eras Tour" where nearly 2,000 of the 2,500 signature goal has been met.
