Virgil Abloh teams up with serpentwithfeet for new song “Delicate Limbs”
The single follows Abloh’s remix of Michael Kiwanuka’s hit “Solid Ground.”
Designer and creative director Virgil Abloh shared a new single, "Delicate Limbs" featuring serpentwithfeet, on Friday.
The song's production grows from sparse synths to a crescendo of crashing drums, all lead by serpentwithfeet's soft delivery. "The sea lacks charm when you're not there / so please don't let my delicate lips dilute you," he sings on the track. The accompanying Kordae Jatafa Henry-directed clip follows serpentwithfeet on a journey through the woods, which becomes more magical the deeper he goes.
The track isn't Abloh's first foray into music, having collaborated with acts like Boys Noize on the collaborative Ep Orvnge, and dropping a remix of Mercury Award winner Michael Kiwanuka’s hit “Solid Ground” last October.
