YouTube Music announces #FOUNDRYFEST with Dua Lipa, beabadoobee, Omar Apollo, and more
The on-demand videos of “performances, premieres, and perspectives” will be available to watch on October 23 at 9 AM ET.
YouTube Music's Foundry is a program that helps emerging artists learn how to build their platform on YouTube. Musicians like Dua Lipa, beabadoobee, and Omar Apollo have all taken part in Foundry, and later this month they'll take place in YouTube Music's inaugural #FOUNDRYFEST. Videos containing “performances, premieres, and perspectives” from the participating artists will be available to watch on-demand this October 23 at 9 AM ET.
Over 20 different videos will premiere across the YouTube channels of artists like Rina Sawayama, Arlo Parks, Joesef, Rauw Alejandro, Gabriel Garzón-Montano, GuapDad 4000, and more. #FOUNDRYFEST will raise money for Save Our Stages, Equal Justice Initiative, and other charities via YouTube Giving.
