YG pays homage to Colin Kaepernick in “Swag” video

YG dons a wig and football uniform for his "Swag" video. In addition to the clear Colin Kaepernick nod, the Compton rapper's latest visual also features a cameo from Snoop Dogg. Check out the video above.

"Swag" is YG's second new song of the summer following “FTP” (Fuck the Police). That song came with a video shot at a Black Lives Matter protest in Hollywood.

YG's most recent album 4REAL 4 REAL was released in 2019. A percentage of the profits of that album were donated to the family of Nipsey Hussle, the L.A. rapper shot and killed last year.
