Digital FORT: Finneas sings a lilting “I Don’t Miss You At All” from his couch
A stripped-back version of his Blood Harmony single.
Finneas dropped by The FADER offices about a week after sweeping the Grammys alongside his sister, Billie Eilish. He turned out to be one of the most down-to-Earth musicians who’d rolled through the office in the past year. He even spent some time hanging out with our resident French Bulldog, Wasabi. For Digital FORT, the songwriter and producer sent us an appropriately unassuming video — just Finneas playing a lilting “I Don’t Miss You At All” on a small Spanish guitar.
He followed it with an important PSA about COVID-19 as well. "it's so, so, so important for the health of everybody in this country and around the world for us all to understand that it's not about how it impacts us, it's about how it impacts everybody," he said. "And if you feel like you have a little bit of extra money to give to those who might need it even more, there are so many great organizations that the FADER Fort can direct you to."
He's right! Digital FORT is a two-day event bringing together over 100 artists to help raise money for those hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. To find a full list of charities, funds, and resources we’re highlighting throughout FORT, click here.
