Pop Smoke reportedly killed in home invasion robbery
TMZ reports the rapper, 20, was shot at his Hollywood Hills property.
Pop Smoke has died following a shooting at his home in Hollywood, TMZ reports. The publication, citing law enforcement sources, claims that "two men wearing hoodies and masks broke into a house... fired multiple shots, striking and critically wounding Pop Smoke." The men were then reportedly seen fleeing on foot. At the of writing no arrests have been made.
The rapper, age 20, was reportedly pronounced dead at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood at 4:30 A.M. local time.
Pop Smoke's mixtape Meet The Woo Vol.2 was released earlier this month. He first emerged from the New York drill scene, centered around his native Brooklyn, and was best known for songs including "Dior" and "Welcome To The Party."
