Watch TNGHT’s freaky animated “Gimme Summn” video

TNGHT, the duo consisting of Hudson Mohawke and Lunice, recently returned with new EP II. Today arrives a new video for EP track "Gimme Summn" and it is one their Warp label mate Aphex Twin would be proud of. Directed by Cole Kush, the video captures HudMo and Lunice as players in a messed up computer game in which the characters must make their way through life, from cradle to grave. The things they encounter on this journey — Julian Assange in centaur-form, the green Winamp guy with speaker ears, an alien in a rubber ring — are what makes the video truly unforgettable. In addition to sharing new music, TNGHT recently announced details of their first live dates in over six years. A European tour, including shows in London, Paris, and Brussels, will be preceded by a gig at The Dance in New York on December 12.
