Stormzy drops “Wiley Flow”
Watch the new clip below.
Stormzy dropped his latest single, "Wiley Flow," on Sunday, an obvious tribute to grime pioneer Wiley and even opening with his voice. "Bruv, I didn’t look at it this way before, but as I approach my birthday, all you man are my youngers," Wiley's voice says in the video's intro. Racing through a series of number and OG checks ("If you can’t do 10K first week then I don’t wanna hear no chat about numbers,") the clip finds Stormzy surrounded by his boys while making a handful of references to Wiley's legacy.
The two MCs were recently got into an Twitter debate about Ed Sheeran's use of grime on the "Take Me Back to London (Remix)" featuring Stormzy, but by the sounds of this track, it seems there's no bad blood between the two MCs.
