Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and Weezer each share new singles ahead of “Hella Mega” tour

Green Day, Weezer and Fall Out Boy have announced that they're hitting the road in 2020 for a stadium tour across Europe and North America. It's appropriately titled the "Hella Mega Tour," and it kicks off in Paris next summer. In an interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1, Billie Joe Armstrong explained how the idea for the tour came together, saying, "we talked about how we weren’t really wanting to do stadiums and do something that was like throwback to Monsters of Rock Tour. There was, of course, Fall Out Boy and Weezer, and now we’re stoked.”
Today, in tandem with the announcement of the initial 28-date run, each of the bands is offering a new single. Green Day have shared the title track of their new album Father of All Motherfuckers, which is due out in February 2020. Weezer is also prepping a new LP, Van Weezer, slated to arrive May 2020, which Rivers Cuomo describes as "like The Blue Album but with more riffs." The first single is called “The End of the Game.” Lastly, Fall Out Boy are gathering tracks for their second compilation, Greatest Hits: Believers Never Die – Volume Two, which will feature some new material. That includes a Wyclef Jean collaboration called “Dear Future Self (Hands Up)."
