Soulja Boy granted early release from jail
He was released early Sunday morning, 146 days ahead of schedule.
It looks like Soulja Boy got his summer back, as the rapper was granted early release from Los Angeles County jail after serving 3 months, according to TMZ. He got out 146 days ahead of schedule thanks to good behavior, time served and facility overcrowding.
Big Draco was sentenced to 240 days back in April for a parole violation stemming from a raid on his house in February where authorities found ammunition which violated probation from a previous gun charge. The raid came after reports he was holding an ex-girlfriend captive in his garage, resulting in additional kidnapping and assault charges for the rapper. Soulja Boy's management denied his involvement, and the associated kidnapping charges were dropped back in June.
