Vagabon will release her second album, All The Women In Me, on September 27. The follow-up to 2017's Infinite Worlds is due on Nonesuch Records and is preceded by new song "Flood Hands," which is streaming below.

A press release accompanying the album news states that "guitar-driven melodies are largely absent" from All The Women In Me, replaced by "hybridized analog and digital arrangements." This bears out in "Flood Hands," a pop-leaning song with clear experimental influences.

Vagabon (aka Lætitia Tamko) said in a statement that the song was originally written for "a well-known pop-duo" but ended up keeping it for herself. "Knowing I was writing this song for musicians I admire allowed me this relief from my writer's block," she adds. "I used this assignment as a chance to flex my production muscles and write something I wouldn't have written as a 'Vagabon' song a couple years ago. The result felt like a triumph for me in my progression as an artist and I just couldn't stand to part with the song by the time I was finished."

“Water Me Down”
