The alleged victim, named in the incident report as Richard Andrew Gibbons, claims that the phone is worth $800. This, along with the belief that Offset's attack was intentional, permits authorities at the Sandy Springs Police Department to seek a felony charge against the rapper, according to WSBTV.
Offset was arrested in July 2018 after Georgia Police claimed to discover a weapon and marijuana in his car. He was charged this year with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and the two misdemeanors of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and committing an improper lane change.
