Ahead of the release of their debut album Active Listening: Night on Earth, Empath have released another new single. Stream "Roses That Cry" up above.
The track opens with roaring uptempo percussion, engulfed by flaming guitar riffs and slightly distorted vocals from lead singer Catherine Elicson.
"Roses That Cry" is the latest offering from the forthcoming record, due out May 3rd on Get Better Records. It arrives weeks after the Philadelphia band's recently released singles "Hanging Out Of Cars," and "Soft Shape."
Last April, Empath spoke with FADER about the inspiration behind their past projects Crystal Reality I and II, and Liberating Guilt and Fear. Read that interview here.
