Juan Wauters announces new album Introducing Juan Pablo

Just two months ago, Juan Wauters released La Onda de Juan Pablo, an album informed by the songwriter's travels across Latin America. Now, he's already back announcing his next LP, Introducing Juan Pablo. "For me, Juan Pablo is part of a more personal search," he wrote in a press release. "Since I moved [to the United States], I'm just Juan. But in Uruguay I'm Juan Pablo Wauters. I felt it was significant to retake my middle name."

Contrary to the last album, Introducing Juan Pablo is a bilingual project. Lead single "Letter" evokes a stylistic return to Wauters' first two records. Stream it below, and get ready for the full LP, which is due out May 31 via Captured Tracks.
