Rick Ross uses homophobic slur in Meek Mill song to reference 6ix9ine’s legal troubles
“Looking for a bond lawyers wanna tax, purple hair got them f****ts on your back.”
Meek Mill's new album Championships is out today, and it features a song called "What's Free" featuring JAY-Z and Rick Ross. During his verse, Rick Ross uses a homophobic slur after appearing to reference the federal racketeering and weapons charges currently faced by 6ix9ine – the New York City rapper has pled not guilty.
Near the end of his verse, Ross raps “Screaming gang gang now you wanna rap, racketeering charges caught him on a tap/Looking for a bond lawyers wanna tax, purple hair got them f****ts on your back,” as Pitchfork points out.
