New Orleans rapper Young Greatness (real name Theodore Jones) was shot and killed on Monday morning in New Orleans outside of a Waffle House, according to reports in local news outlets. He was 34.
Young Greatness rose to national prominence with the 2016 Gold-certified single "Moolah," released on Quality Control. He soon signed with Cash Money Records and released the mixtape Bloody Summer in October 2017, as Genius points out.
