Jimmy October takes it back to the islands in “Remember The Days”

Trinidad-based Jimmy October recently dropped the video for his first single, "Remember The Days", ushering in a sound and aesthetic he calls "New Calypso". Along with its vintage-inspired visuals, the track fits in perfectly with recent mainstream radio; fusing global pop and R&B with the pulsing basslines of the islands.
