Babylon’s Lee Spielman announces closure of original location
The gallery/skate shop/youth center will close down after three years in operation.
Babylon LA, the three-part community center founded by Lee Spielman of Trash Talk, has officially closed down it's original location in Los Angeles. Spielman announced the closure of the all-in-one youth center, skate shop, and art gallery in a heartfelt message on Instagram on Tuesday.
"1320 N Highland Ave is closed...That place had a good 3 year run & provided all of us with more good memories than one could have ever hoped for. Can’t really ask for much more than that," he shared." "Big thanks to anyone who ever dropped in on the bowl, held down the BBQ or picked up after themselves (none of y’all). Babylon is forever and will forever be for the people. Here’s to the future."
