Back in February, Kevin Gates hinted at his return to music when he announced his first tour dates since being released from prison. Now, the Louisiana rapper has shared a new mini-EP titled Chained To The City. The project features three songs, "Change Lanes," "Vouch," and "Let It Sing." Stream it below.
