Kacey Musgraves and Nicki Minaj will be musical guests on SNL

Kacey Musgraves and Nicki Minaj will close out this season of Saturday Night Live as the final two musical guests, the show announced today. Their notecards appeared alongside Donald Glover's previously announced combined hosting and music gig, for which he'll perform as Childish Gambino on May 5. Musgraves will perform on May 12 during Amy Schumer's hosting gig, while Minaj will be on the show with SNL alum Tina Fey on May 19, for the show's season finale.

In March, Musgraves released Golden Hour to rave reviews. Last week, Minaj dropped two new singles, "Chun-Li" and "Barbie Tingz," after somewhat of a hiatus.
