Ronny J recruits MadeinTYO for “IN LA”

Ronny J has become widely known for providing instrumentals for SoundCloud-based artists: his "Oh my god, Ronny" tag can be heard on hits from Smokepurrp, Lil Pump, and others. But the Miami-via-New Jersey artist has been quietly expanding his repertoire, matching his own vocals to his distorted, otherworldly productions.

On "In LA," which premieres on The FADER today, he links up with MadeinTYO and the two trade verses about the West Coast lifestyle. "Working with TYO was an automatic connection," Ronny J told The FADER over email. "Every time we link we bang out tapes worth of music…that’s my brother.”
