Watch The xx’s Video For “Brave For You (Marfa Demo Version)”
An intimate, lo-fi video for the stripped down version of the song.
The xx released a deluxe version of their album I See You on Friday. One of the new tracks is an acoustic version of "Brave For You," which is accompanied by a video. The visual opens with Romy Madley Croft and Oliver Sim performing the song with just a guitar against a stucco wall. It then transitions to home video of the entire band, Jamie xx included, running around on a barren highway over the studio version of the track.
In addition to this new version of "Brave For You," the band has released "Naive" and "Seasons Run" as bonus tracks for the deluxe edition. "Naive" samples Drake's "Doing It Wrong." Listen to both below.
It was announced earlier this month that Perfume Genius will be joining The xx on a handful of their North American tour dates.
