Atlanta's Shawty Lo has reportedly died after being involved in a car crash.
Channel 2 Action News reports that the rapper, real name Carlos Walker, died following a crash in South Fulton County. Local police said that the crash happened at around 2:20 a.m. local time when an Audi hit a guardrail and caught fire after hitting several trees. Walker was reportedly in the vehicle with two women, both of whom emerged with non life threatening injuries. He, however, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
The rapper's Twitter account appeared to suggest that he has passed away this morning while Shawty Lo's manager Johnny Cabell called V103’s The Ryan Cameron Morning Show With Wanda Smith to confirm the news. Cabell also posted his own tribute to Lo on Instagram.
