Father Goes On An Awful Records Family Vacation In His “Big Emblem Benz” Video

Father has shared a music video for "Big Emblem Benz," the third track from his latest album I'm A Piece Of Shit. Alongside fellow Awful Records artist Abra, the pair head out to the desert for a relaxing getaway in a comfy trailer, and of course, a Big Emblem Benz. And yes, they've brought a shovel, did you even have to ask?

In an interview with Dazed, director Ramez Silvan said the visuals were inspired by '90s cult cinema. It's something Father apparently went full-on method actor with when he was stuck driving in underwear soaked from the scenes in the hot tub. “It got uncomfortable as hell, but I didn't want to strip to my nudes in the car, so I cut them off with a screwdriver I found. I did get to sling them backwards into traffic – real Thelma & Louise shit.”
