Beenie Man And Popcaan Just Remixed This Summer’s Actual Best Song

We were pretty chuffed to have discovered Krept & Konan's "Freak Of The Week" earlier this month, weeks after the DJ Mustard-produced, Jeremih-featuring track had already popped off in the UK. The track is taken from the British duo's forthcoming debut, The Long Way Home, out on July 6th in the UK and July 10th in the US. But as if it weren't enough of a summer anthem, the dancehall-influenced track, which interpolates Lil' Vicious' "Freaks" and directly references the classic Playground riddim, just got a remix featuring Beenie Man and Popcaan and it's literally perfect. Dancehall is going to be mainstream again. You ready? Mi ready.
