Khary Durgans Premieres “Came Up”
Catch him perform it on tour next week.
In 2014, New York-via-Providence rapper Khary Durgans released two sprawling EPs; one was more adrift in an ocean, one was more exploring the woods. Today, he shares "Came Up," a high-pitched loosie produced by Falside, one of several songs he’ll unleash ahead of his next project and an upcoming tour of the Northeast. “Honestly, this song came together in a few hours,” Khary told The FADER. “I had put a lot of thought and work into my Swim Team EP, so I just wanted to make a song about nothing to have some fun.” Disclosure: Khary works as a receptionist/general vibes manager at FADER’s New York office. A video for “Came Up,” featuring all the characters in the track artwork, above, is coming soon.
