Our Analog Migration series with Goose Island Beer Co. was too good to last forever. Our third and final installment took place at Brooklyn's Rough Trade Records, offering FADER-curated vinyl and live sets from two of our favorite artists. While we sipped Goose Island's 312 ale, Chicago's own Vic Mensa set things off with a spirited performance that included cuts like "Orange Soda" and "Time Is Money" from his Innanetape as well as newer smashes like "Feel That" and "Down On My Luck." He even previewed an unreleased joint with Kaytranda for us, before offering a cover of "Seven Nation Army" with Phony Ppl guitarist Elijah Rawk. Tanlines closed us out with renditions of old songs like "Real Life," as well as plenty of new material from their new album, which is due in 2015. "My mom hasn't even heard this song yet," lead singer Eric Emm said. "It's cool to talk about your mom on stage, right?" House deejay DJ Ayres spun funk favorites all night, too.
