Logic recruited Rick & Morty to announce his new mixtape

Logic announced the surprise drop of his new mixtape with the help of the stars of Rick & Morty. The rapper's Bobby Tarantino II tape arrives on Friday, March 9. In 2017 Logic appeared in an episode of the Adult Swim animation, playing himself.

In the video, Morty asks his grandad Rick to play a Logic song in their spaceship. Rick asks to hear “mixtape Logic,” on the stereo. “I’m in the mood to turn some shit up, Morty. I’m not in the mood for a message about how I can be whatever I want.” Check out the clip above.

In 2017 Logic scored his first No. 1 album with Everybody. The first Bobby Tarantino mixtape came out in 2016.
